Cancellation policy

At Viora Counselling, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% session fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at the full session fee.

This policy ensures fair access to appointment times and respects both practitioner availability and client demand.

If there are exceptional circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible.
